3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, office, or authorized agents.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid within the specified time frame.

3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in airfare, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.

• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

4.2 In the event of trip cancellation by Kaji due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4.3 Refunds are processed within 30 working days.

5. Travel Requirements

5.1 Travelers must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months from the travel date.

5.2 Kaji will assist with visa applications; however, approval is at the discretion of the issuing authority.

5.3 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all vaccination and health requirements.

6. Liability

6.1 Kaji acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation services). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by these third parties.

6.2 We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations.

6.3 Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Travelers are expected to adhere to Islamic principles and laws during the journey.

7.2 Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of services without a refund.

9. Amendments to Terms
